Community Development Minister Nizam Baksh will address the National Commission for Self-Help Limited’s training seminar for the staff of Trinidad and Tobago’s 41 constituency offices on Wednesday (July 20, 2011) at the Centre of Excellence in Macoya.

The Project Management Department of the NCSHL, which will conduct the training session, will also expound on Community Infrastructural Development Applications, and other programmes of the state-owned company, for which Community Development is the line Ministry.
Attendees of the seminar, which will take place from 9:00 am to 11:30 am at the Ken Galt Hall, Centre of Excellence, Macoya, will be provided with information on the criteria, qualification and approval processes of the NCSHL.
As Minister with portfolio responsibility for the NCSHL, Minister Baksh will deliver the feature address during a brief opening ceremony.
